We are on the lookout for an experienced, enthusiastic and energetic Bid Writer to join our hard-working and growing team. If you are a people person with great communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.

You will work within a team of five and will be assisting the team in creating and reviewing high-quality, compliant and timely bid responses, working in line with bid processes and submission deadlines.
Main objectives of the role
Crafting compelling and high-quality responses for PQQs, ITTs and case studies to secure new business opportunities, in alignment with the company's strategic plan
Ensuring timely production of documentation for bid submissions in a busy pressurised environment
Enhancing existing content in the bid library and creating new case studies for upcoming projects, while also updating existing ones
Upholding company brand standards, ensuring that all bids reflect the company values.
Staying informed about customer expectations and emerging market trends to bring innovation, fresh thinking, and new ideas to the company's approach
Providing support to the business development function as needed, in line with the business strategy
Do you have what it takes?
Proven bid writing experience
Proven ability in planning, producing, and delivering compliant bids and proposals in a business environment
Strong ability to work under tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Collaborative approach with strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to communicate at all levels
Demonstrated ability to work independently and well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous and detail-oriented, displaying a conscientious approach
Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable
Exceptional writing and written communication skills, with a strong command of English grammar, spelling, and vocabulary
Flexible with work hours on occasion due to tender deadlines
