Are you an experienced Store person or Materials Controller looking for a new opportunity? Join us for our Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishment project within the Social Housing sector in South West London area, starting immediately.

Main Objectives of the Construction Materials Controller role:
Receive and unpack material deliveries
Check deliveries for discrepancies and damages, reporting them through our software
Load/offload materials for transport
Transport materials manually or using pallet trucks
Dispose of waste materials safely, following HSE regulations
Manage stock and conduct monthly inventories
Maintain accurate records of materials issued
Collaborate with the site team to deliver services in line with contract requirements and company policies
