Grace Whitlock Vega, CHI, has extensive experience in language services, particularly in the roles of Independent Catastrophe Insurance Adjuster at Pilot Catastrophe Service and Over-the-Phone Spanish/English Interpreter at CyraCom. In addition, Grace serves as an OP/VR interpreter for GLOBO and has a background in teaching Spanish at the University of Missouri Romance Languages Department. Previous positions include Language Services Coordinator at University of Missouri Health Care, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive language access programs for Limited English Proficient and Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing patients. Grace has also worked as a Contract Spanish/English Interpreter for various organizations, overseeing training and recruitment of interpreters and collaborating with community stakeholders. An owner/operator of Vega Translation Services, Grace has provided freelance translation and interpretation services since 1993. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Spanish from Drury University.
