Candice Ford

Candice Ford has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in financial planning and analysis as well as strategy and corporate development. Candice worked at Pilot Flying J as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from October 2021 to present. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis from January 2020 to March 2022 and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis from November 2018 to January 2020. Candice started their career at Pilot Flying J as a Senior Financial Analyst from May 2015 to November 2018.

Before joining Pilot Flying J, Candice worked at TimkenSteel Corporation as a Strategy and Corporate Development Analyst from April 2014 to May 2015. In this role, they collaborated on projects, assessed M&A opportunities, performed market analysis, and led strategy development projects.

Earlier in their career, Candice worked at The Timken Company as a Demand Planning Analyst from April 2013 to April 2014. Candice was responsible for developing and monitoring planning for manufacturing operations, analyzing on-time delivery, and proposing solutions. Candice also held the position of Analyst - Supply Chain Economics from June 2011 to April 2013, where they assisted in the development of supply chain economics analysis and processes, led Lean 6 Sigma projects, and monitored monthly diagnostics for forecasting.

Candice started their career at Gateway Film Center as an Administrative Manager from September 2010 to June 2011. In this role, they managed finances, processed contracts, and handled human resources responsibilities.

Candice also obtained a Lean Six Sigma certification from The Timken Company in 2011.
