Mark Taylor

Mark Taylor has extensive experience in the transportation industry, currently serving as a Senior Manager Transport Canada and Western Canada Regional Manager at Pilot Flying J since February 2007. In this role, Mark oversees hiring and training of staff across Western Canada, manages the PIC program, ensures vehicle maintenance, and maintains compliance with Hours of Service regulations while coordinating fuel deliveries to the store network. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Driver at Westcan Bulk Transport from April 2005 to February 2007, delivering metered and bulk fuel to remote locations and various service stations in Alberta. Mark's career began at Hoyer UK, where from October 1999 to March 2005, responsibilities included training new and existing distribution technicians and conducting safety assessments in accordance with European Hours of Service regulations. Mark completed education at Hillcrest Secondary School in Dudley, England, from 1976 to 1980.
