What you will be doing (Marketing Manager):

You will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy for the business and optimising the Customer journey / user experience across all digital touchpoints. Key focusses of the role will include website management, lead generation, content creation and SEO management.

Responsibilities - Marketing Manager:

  • Own and develop the marketing strategy for the business to drive growth and user experience.
  • Lead and drive projects to enhance the company’s digital platforms – ensuring top-notch user experiences.
  • Focus on search engine optimisation (SEO), tracking, and other key metrics to drive success.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts through better marketing inventory and data collection – managing campaigns from idea creation right to conception and relevant follow up reporting.

  • Perform market and competitor research to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for websites, blogs and case studies that are attractive to the target audience.
  • Manage the business website including the implementation of any changes where applicable.
  • Analyse and review opportunities within the sectors and consumer behaviour accordingly.
  • Production of sales and marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, email templates, case studies, brand guidance and presentations.
  • Create and take ownership of a case study library which is regularly updated with new case studies and is freely available online.
  • Design activities associated with client sales proposals and quotations.
  • Assist senior management in future sales and marketing activities.

Skills/ Experience Marketing Manager:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years) within a B2B environment.

  • Preferably a degree in Marketing/Graphic Design or any related field.

  • Experience of website management including a range of content management systems such as WordPress is essential.

  • Knowledge and experience with Google Ads and Search Engine Optimisation.

  • Knowledge of web analytic tools such as Google Analytics.

  • Ability to write and create engaging content.

  • Ability to work and produce material independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in the use of design-based applications such as Adobe Creative to include illustrator, photoshop and In Design as an example.

  • Be able to communicate and collaborate, accurately, and convincingly at all levels.

  • Ability to think creatively and deliver impressive concepts.

  • Ensuring design and marketing material is accurate and proofread.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
