Tomáš Záruba

Tomáš Záruba has had a diverse range of work experiences. Tomáš began their career in 2006 as a Sitebuilder at Symblaze, where they worked until 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Freelance Web Developer and also joined 5DM.cz, s.r.o., where they held roles as a Web Developer and later became a Product Manager and Leader of the Czech cashback portal PlnaPenezenka.cz.

In 2018, Tomáš joined Pilulka.cz as a Product Manager, responsible for ecommerce product management in the Czech, Slovakia, and Romania markets. Tomáš later became the Chief Product Officer, leading the product strategy, growth, and development of the eshop and mobile application. Currently, they serve as the Chief Product and Technology Officer and is a Board Member at Pilulka.cz, overseeing product and development in multiple markets and managing the IT development team and internal IT systems.

Tomáš Záruba holds a Master's degree in Web Engineering, which they obtained from the Czech Technical University in Prague from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Web/Multimedia Management and Webmaster at the same university from 2007 to 2010. In their earlier education, Tomáš attended Střední průmyslová škola sdělovací techniky, where they pursued a Středoškolské degree in digital telecommunication technology from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, Tomáš has obtained several certifications, including Google Digital Garage, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics certifications, from Google in 2016. Tomáš is also a Google Partner, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
