Hyunsoo Noh has extensive experience in transportation modeling and research, holding various titles in companies such as Pima Association of Governments. With a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Transportation) from the University of Arizona, Noh has also worked on research projects focused on transportation decision-making and public transit.
