Sarah Holt, PHR has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Sarah most recently worked at Pima Federal Credit Union as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they were responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Human Resources and Training Departments. Sarah has also held the positions of Director of Human Resources & Training, Regional Financial Center Manager, Director of Risk Management, and Director of eServices at Pima Federal Credit Union. Prior to that, they worked at Wells Fargo as a Service Manager.
Sarah Holt, PHR holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Northern Arizona University. Sarah also obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, Sarah has achieved various certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI, obtained in July 2022. Sarah is also certified as a Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert by the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) in May 2014, a Credit Union Compliance Expert by CUNA in September 2013, and a Credit Union HR Compliance Professional by the Credit Union National Association in October 2016.

In 1951, sixteen teachers pooled together $84 in deposits and founded our credit union with the common purpose of helping people. To this day, our common purpose still exists.
