Afnan Gohar

Afnan Gohar started working as a Student at The University of Bolton in January 2018 and remained in this role until January 2022. In February 2022, they worked as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant at Teaching Personnel for a short period. From July 2022 to November 2022, Afnan Gohar served as a Cyber Security Trainee at QA Ltd. They then worked as a Special Education Assistant at Milk Education from November 2022 to January 2023, helping and empowering children with various disabilities. Currently, Afnan Gohar is serving as an Office Administrator at Pimberly, starting from February 2023.

Afnan Gohar began their education at Shorouq Al Mamlakah International School, where they attended from 2010 to 2017. After completing their secondary education, Afnan enrolled at The University of Bolton in 2018. In the same year, they completed an International Foundation Programme in Psychology at the university. From 2018 to 2022, Afnan pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at The University of Bolton.

In addition to their formal education, Afnan has obtained several certifications in various subjects. They obtained a Safeguarding Children certificate from Milk Education in November 2022. In September 2022, Afnan obtained a NCSC Foundation Certificate in Cybersecurity from APMG International and a QA Cyber Skills Certificate of Achievement from QA Ltd. In August 2022, they completed the Introduction to Cyber Security Learning Path from TryHackMe. Afnan also obtained certifications in Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp, Safeguarding Children from The CPD Certification Service, and Enhanced DBS from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), all in February 2022.

Moreover, Afnan has pursued additional certifications related to psychology and mental health. In February 2022, they obtained a Psychology certification from The University of Bolton. In March 2021, they completed courses on Exploring Anxiety, Making sense of mental health problems, and Understanding ADHD from The Open University. Prior to their university studies, Afnan earned an International Psychology University Foundation Certificate from The University of Bolton in January 2017.
