Clare Rigby has over 15 years of experience in project management, business change, customer relationship management, and research. Clare began their career in 2006 as a Gladstone Research Fellow at the University of Chester, where they conducted a programme of original interdisciplinary doctoral research in the fields of psychology and education. In 2011, they became a Research Fellow at the University of Leeds, where they evaluated and developed methodologies to identify and explain key research objectives and outputs in the field of medical education. In 2013, they joined the NHS as an IT Project Manager, providing project, business change and customer relationship management to GP practices and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in Greater Manchester. In 2018, they became a Senior Project Manager at Datalex, where they were responsible for delivering core platform and tailored digital transformation capabilities to airlines through omni-channel technology. In 2021, they began working as a Project Manager at wejo, and in 2022, they joined Pimberly as a Project Manager.
Clare Rigby completed a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Chester in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology from The Manchester Metropolitan University in 2006. From 2002 to 2005, they earned a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Liverpool. In 2004, they also obtained a Level 3 Personal Trainer from the University of Chester. Additionally, they hold certifications from the Project Management Institute and APMG International, including PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), AGILE Project Management Foundation, PRINCE 2 Foundation, and PRINCE 2 Practitioner.
