Hanyan Shi

Hanyan Shi is an accomplished professional in investment management and urban planning with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as an Associate in Investment Management at PIMCO Prime Real Estate since November 2021, Hanyan previously held roles including Intern in Acquisition at PIMCO and Intern in Asset Management at Allianz Real Estate, where responsibilities included asset performance analysis and stakeholder reporting. With a strong foundation in urban planning, Hanyan contributed as an Urban Planner (Strategy and Research) at SCP Consultants Private Limited, focusing on strategic planning and infrastructure solutions. Earlier experiences also include research on health determinants in urban environments, internships in urban planning, and a research fellowship at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. Hanyan holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore and an MSc in Urban Strategies and Design from The University of Edinburgh.
