Marissa Lum

Marissa Lum is a Senior Associate in Strategy & Capital Formation at PIMCO Prime Real Estate, responsible for new product strategy, capital raising, and investor relations for the APAC third-party business since August 2021. Previously, Marissa served as a Researcher at Nexus FrontierTech, leading market research and business analysis for AI-powered ESG data solutions for a brief period in early 2021. Prior to that, Marissa held the position of Assistant Vice President in Corporate Affairs & Communications at GIC, where stakeholder engagement initiatives and investment communications were managed for global offices, alongside experience as an Associate in the same department and the GIC Professionals Programme. Marissa’s career also included a short tenure as a Research Associate at FCLTGlobal in early 2020. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Cambridge, earned from 2012 to 2015.
