Omar Findakly

Omar Findakly has extensive experience in the field of real estate and finance. Omar served as the Director of Debt Underwriting at PIMCO Prime Real Estate since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Debt Underwriting at the same company from June 2019 to January 2022. Before joining PIMCO Prime Real Estate, Omar worked at Bank of China as a Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Credit Analyst from March 2016 to May 2019. Omar also gained experience at Deutsche Bank, where they held various positions including Assistant Vice President of Commercial Real Estate and CMBS Valuation from July 2012 to March 2016, and Associate of Corporate Credit Derivatives Valuation from July 2008 to July 2012.

Omar Findakly pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University from 2004 to 2008. Later, they attended New York University and obtained a Masters of Science degree in Real Estate Development from 2016 to 2020.
