Valentin Aboulkheir

Valentin Aboulkheir, MRICS, serves as an Investment Manager at PIMCO Prime Real Estate since June 2022, overseeing the acquisition of significant real estate assets across Europe, including a €110 million logistics portfolio in Germany and the Czech Republic, as well as a €260 million portfolio of 11 assets in Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands. Previously, Valentin worked as an Investment Analyst at BNP Paribas Real Estate, focusing on direct investments in various asset types throughout France. Additional experience includes roles as an External Lecturer at IAE Gustave Eiffel, Valuation Analyst at Savills France, Property Manager at Crédit Agricole Immobilier, and as a Trainee at Icade. Valentin holds a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from IAE Paris-Est and an ICH in Real Estate Valuation from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
