Wyatt Kunzman

Wyatt Kunzman is an experienced professional in real estate research and analysis, currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at PIMCO Prime Real Estate since March 2022. Previously, Wyatt held the position of Senior Market Research Analyst at Sentinel Real Estate from January 2019 to March 2022 and worked as a Market Research Analyst at Integra Realty from September 2017 to May 2018. Wyatt began the career with internships at Kentucky Personnel Cabinet and Louisville Metro Housing and Community Development in 2017, followed by roles as a Field Director and Field Associate at Americans for Prosperity from October 2014 to January 2017, and as a Legislative Assistant at the Kentucky State Legislature in early 2014. Wyatt holds a Master of Urban Planning with a focus on Real Estate Development from the University of Louisville, where studies were completed between 2016 and 2018, and an earlier degree from the same university, as well as completed coursework at Quality Leadership University in 2013.
