Carl Erdly

Carl Erdly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regulatory reporting and technology leadership within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Regulatory Reporting at PIMCO since January 2019, Carl oversees MiFID II trade and transaction obligations for London and Munich offices, leads regulatory change projects, and focuses on enhancing data quality through advanced analytics in Python. Previously, at State Street Global Advisors, Carl held multiple roles, including Vice President of Regulatory Projects Technology Lead, where responsibility included managing IT regulatory technology projects and serving as a subject matter expert for MiFID II initiatives. Carl’s career began as a Market Data Systems Administrator at State Street Global Advisors, progressing through various technical and managerial positions, culminating in a strong background in application development and project management. Carl holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from Susquehanna University.
