Karen Dennehy

Karen Dennehy is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent financial institutions. Since October 2020, Karen has served as the Head of Global Talent Development, Global Talent Acquisition, and Head of Human Resources for EMEA at PIMCO. Prior roles include Global Head of Human Resources at CQS and Head of Human Resources for EMEA at BlackRock, where responsibilities encompassed organizational design, change management, and talent optimization. Karen's career also includes significant positions at Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, American Express, and PepsiCo.
