Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith currently serves as the Director of Public Works for Pinal County and the General Manager for the Pinal Regional Transportation Authority, roles held since December 2020 and October 2017, respectively. With a strong background in transportation planning, Andrew has held multiple positions including Planning Supervisor at Pinal County Public Works and Transportation Planning Manager at Central Arizona Governments, both since 2016 and 2013, respectively. Andrew's experience also includes serving as a Senior Transportation Planner for Pinal County from 2005 to 2013 and working at the Arizona Department of Transportation for 15 years. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Troy University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
