Himanshu Patel

Himanshu Patel has extensive experience in local government management, currently serving as Deputy County Manager and previously as Director of Community Development for Pinal County since June 2014. Prior roles within Pinal County include Interim Assistant County Manager and Director of Public Works. From December 2001 to December 2012, Patel held the position of Town Manager for the Town of Florence, overseeing all municipal services and serving as chief administrative officer. Additional experience includes Director of Community Planning and Economic Development at Central Arizona Governments and planning roles in Little Rock. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Memphis.
