Chelsea White

Chelsea White has a diverse work experience. Chelsea started their career in 2010 as a Tour Guide and Student Outreach Ambassador at Willamette University. From 2012 to 2013 they co-managed the program, supervising 12 callers and providing feedback. In 2009, they worked as a Food Coordinator for the Wulapalooza Organizing Committee, where they planned an earth, art, and music festival and organized monetary and in kind donations. In 2012, they interned for the City of Salem as an Intern to the Mayor. In 2014, they interned at Reekus Records. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Office Management Intern at Austin Film Festival and Festival Operations Intern at Oregon Bach Festival. In 2018, they worked as a Concierge at Author Solutions, LLC. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Software Engineering Student at Kenzie Academy, where they learned JavaScript, React, Redux, Python, and Django. Most recently, they have been working as a QA Engineer at Piñata, where they lead a team of two other QA engineers and works with engineers and product team to ensure what they are creating matches the tasks they are given. Chelsea also leads training on new features for the entire company each sprint.

Chelsea White has a diverse educational background. Chelsea attended Willamette University from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor's degree in Politics. In 2011, they participated in a study abroad program at Linköping University, focusing on Political Science and Government. In 2019, they enrolled in Kenzie Academy and graduated in 2020 with a Full-Stack Engineering degree in Computer Software Engineering.
