Phil Hedden

Phil Hedden has extensive work experience in operations management. Phil started their career in 2002 as a Plant Manager at Hausbeck Pickle Co. Inc., where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined High Life Farms as a General Manager and held the position until 2019. Phil then worked as a Director Of Operations at both TRex1 Corp. and New Culture Cannabis from 2019 to 2020. Phil currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at Pincanna, starting in 2020.

Phil Hedden completed a General Industry CET 1 degree in Safety Regulations from MIOSHA CET-Level 1, with an education period from 2009 to 2015. Additionally, they studied Better Processing at Michigan State University until 2012 and GMP/HACCP Development at NSF until 2013.
