Andrew Wells is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Andrew is the founder and CEO of Pinch Financial Inc., where they have successfully developed a technology platform automating the mortgage qualification process. Andrew's entrepreneurial skills are further emphasized by their role as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Entrepreneur First, a position they currently hold. Additionally, Andrew has served as a Venture Partner at The Group Ventures, managing early-stage venture capital investments in data-driven tech companies. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Toronto, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, Andrew obtained a certification as a Diversity Supplier from the Canadian Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (CGLCC) in February 2018.
