Shweta Tayade

Shweta Tayade is a seasoned professional with a focus on growth management and sales within the technology and fintech sectors. Currently serving as a Growth Manager at Pincode since December 2023, Shweta is responsible for acquiring new merchants. Previously, Shweta worked as a Regional Premium Account Management Executive at PhonePe, handling sales and the acquisition of PhonePe POS machines from October to December 2023. Shweta was also a Sales Promotions Specialist at Pine Labs between August 2021 and December 2023, promoting EMI and Pay Later services in Pune. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Specialist at Flexidealz Online and as an Associate at Tata Business Services & Support Limited. Shweta holds a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, completed in 2016.
