Sai Pradeep Peri

Sai Pradeep Peri is a Senior Research Scientist at Pindrop since August 2021, previously serving as a Graduate Research Assistant in Natural Language Processing at the University of Pittsburgh from January 2020 to August 2021. During the academic tenure, Sai Pradeep contributed to the Text(Co)Lab research group, developing a custom Named Entity Recognition parser for structuring human rights reports utilizing Conditional Random Fields. Prior experience includes roles as a Data Scientist at antz.ai from February 2018 to June 2019 and at Cognizant from July 2016 to January 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Science/Studies from the University of Pittsburgh (2019-2021) and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati (2012-2016).
