Jeph Shaw

Jeph Shaw has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance and renewable energy sectors. Jeph is currently working as the SVP Corporate Finance at Pine Gate Renewables since October 2023. Previously, they served as a Senior Consultant at DOE Loan Programs Office from October 2022 to October 2023. Before that, they worked as an Independent Consultant from June 2022 to October 2023. Jeph was also a Principal at New Energy Capital Partners LLC from March 2016 to April 2022. Furthermore, they gained valuable experience as a member of SunEdison's Management Leadership Development Program at TerraForm Power, where they focused on corporate finance and treasury. Prior to that, they worked as a Summer Associate in Corporate Development at SunEdison and as a Senior Associate at New Energy Capital Partners LLC. Jeph started their career as an Analyst in Technology M&A at TM Capital.

Jeph Shaw earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Philosophy from Tufts University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Jeph completed their high school education at Amherst Regional High School from 1999 to 2003.
