Julianne Wooten has a diverse work experience in the environmental and renewable energy sectors. Julianne began their career as an Intern at Energy Renewal Partners, LLC, where they gained experience in conducting environmental studies and research. Julianne then worked as an Environmental Scientist, providing support to clients in the renewable energy sector. Julianne later joined Pine Gate Renewables, where they held various roles including Business Development Associate, Environmental Manager, Development Project Manager, Director of Project Management, and currently serves as the Vice President of Project Development. Additionally, they served as a Board Member and Social Media Chair for the Texas Water Foundation Young Professionals Board. Julianne's educational background includes their time as a student at The University of Texas at Austin.
Julianne Wooten obtained a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration in Geology from The University of Texas at Austin - Jackson School of Geosciences in 2012. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in Wetland Delineation from the US Army Corps of Engineers and as a Level II Endangered Species Researcher from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife in 2015 and 2013, respectively.
