Linda Hakala

Linda Hakala, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Pine Gate Renewables since July 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Manager, Total Rewards at MATRIXX Software from September 2021 to August 2022, and Compensation Benefits Manager at Atlantic Casualty Insurance Co. from July 2020 to September 2021. Linda also held the position of Total Rewards Manager at BAKKAVOR USA from December 2017 to March 2020, and served as the Compensation/Human Resources Manager Corporate at Unifi Manufacturing, Inc. from July 2010 to December 2017. Earlier career experience includes working as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Providence Place Senior Housing from January 2009 to July 2010. Linda holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Human Resources from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
