Tasha then worked at The Art Institute of Colorado as a Career Advisor, where they helped students and alumni with resume development and securing job opportunities. Tasha later transitioned into the role of Recruiting Manager at The Creative Group, where they recruited professionals in various fields. Tasha then worked as a Corporate Recruiter/HR Generalist at F+W Media, Inc., where they implemented strategic initiatives for recruiting and managed the full cycle recruiting process. Tasha's most recent roles include Talent Acquisition Manager/HR Specialist at RevGen Partners and Director of Talent at Blue Ridge Power and Pine Gate Renewables, where they led recruitment teams and oversaw talent acquisition efforts.
