Matheus Evaristo

Matheus Evaristo is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as a Cozinheiro de linha at Pine Lake Country Club since May 2023, Matheus previously worked as a Sautee line cook at Snowshoe Mountain and as a cozinheiro at Miolos Botequim, where responsibilities included food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Earlier experience includes serving as an assistant cook at Duff Rock bar, assisting in food preparation and maintaining kitchen organization. Matheus holds a degree in Ensino Superior in Artes Culinárias e Capacitação Gastronômica from Grupo Educacional UNIS and completed a complementary course in the same field at Gastrobrasil.
