Tim C.

Tim C. has extensive experience in education and environmental initiatives. Since August 2009, Tim has served as a Secondary Education Mathematics Teacher at Pine-Richland School District, focusing on subjects such as Statistics, Geometry, and Honors Geometry, while also providing one-on-one assistance in a math help room. Tim has contributed as an assistant and volunteer coach for the High School Boys Cross Country Team from September 2010 to November 2016 and continues to support the High School Boys and Girls Cross Country Team. Prior to this role, Tim worked as a Program Assistant at The Nine Mile Run Watershed Association from September 2006 to January 2009, where responsibilities included designing a new rain barrel, coordinating street tree planting events, and leading stream clean-ups. Academically, Tim holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Secondary Education and Teaching, Mathematics from Duquesne University, a Master of Science in Oceanography from the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh.
