Rithanya Senthilvel

Rithanya Senthilvel is a dedicated and driven individual currently serving as a Machine Learning Developer at Project: Empower, focusing on creating machine learning models to support underprivileged communities. Rithanya is also an ambassador for Pineapple Labs, engaging with industry professionals through workshops, and serves as the Founder and Executive Director of LeadHer, a nonprofit empowering young women in business leadership. As a Mathematics Tutor at Kumon North America, Inc., Rithanya has tutored students and organized events, earning a Certificate of Appreciation in 2022. Previous experience includes writing articles on FinTech as an Editor for Investor's Cabin and cofounding CLEVER Edu, where Rithanya worked to amplify student voices in the classroom. Rithanya is in high school and has participated in various educational programs, including the California American Tamil Academy and the Johns Hopkins Center For Talented Youth.
