Alexander Dan's work experience includes:

- Ainsworth Inc (2023-Present): Financial Analyst responsible for budgeting and forecasting P&L metrics for Canadian and US portfolios. Conducted variance analysis and provided financial insight to VPs, Regional Directors, and the President.

- Pineapple (2022-Present): Commercial Mortgage Specialist.

- ACKN Optima Corp. (2019-2021): Financial Analyst.

- Interand Capital (2017-2019): Business Development Associate - Research and Planning. Identified channels to attract start-ups, contributed to raising $10 million in seed funding, advised companies on business operations, and provided financial analysis for investors.

Alexander Dan attended Humber College from 2021 to 2023, where they pursued an AACI designation in Real Estate Appraisal. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Ryerson University, studying from 2012 to 2016. In addition, Alexander obtained a Mortgage Licensees certification from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) in March 2023.
