About the Team and Role:
As a Staff Developer Advocate at Pinecone, you will apply your AI development and instructional skills to help Pinecone users succeed as they discover, explore, and build with vector databases. Our educational videos, articles, and workshops contribute significantly to our success and our users’ success, so you will make an immediate and measurable impact. You will report to the Director of Developer Relations and collaborate with the Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.
To succeed in this role, you must have technical skills to use and demonstrate best practices for our API-first product. You must be passionate about sharing this knowledge with others through tutorials, video snippets, docs contributions, hackathon mentorship, and social posts. Our team is growing fast and the customers are growing even faster, so you must be comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
