Stephanie Middaugh

Stephanie Middaugh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Stephanie is currently the Head of Enablement at Pinecone, where they manage a fully managed vector database and oversees the implementation of vector search in production applications. Prior to this, Stephanie founded and served as the CEO of Phoenix GTM Consulting, a consulting company focusing on Go-to-Market strategies.

Stephanie also co-founded and managed "The Enablement Squad," an online community for Enablement professionals that was later acquired by WorkRamp in 2022. At WorkRamp, Stephanie served as the Director of Enablement, where they built and led a team to support over 100 GTM members through onboarding, sales, and customer success programs.

Stephanie has also worked at Zoom as a Sr. Sales Enablement Manager, Programs, where they developed scalable frameworks and program management strategies to support a sales organization of over 1,500 sellers globally.

Additionally, Stephanie held roles at Divvy | Inc. as a Sr. Sales Enablement Manager, Building Enablement as a Creator & Host, DataStax as a GTM Enablement Program Manager, Alteryx as a Sr. Sales Operations Specialist, and Sage as a Sr. Sales Operations Specialist, Sales Advisor (Deal Desk), and Receptionist.

Throughout their career, Stephanie has demonstrated expertise in enablement, program management, operations, and consulting.

Stephanie Middaugh earned their Bachelor's Degree in English from Northern Arizona University. Stephanie attended the university from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Stephanie obtained the Sales Enablement Practitioner Certification from Sales Assembly in July 2022.
