Matthew Barksdale has extensive experience in the golf industry, currently serving as the Director of Golf at Pinehurst Resort since 2015, where roles have included Resort Head Golf Professional for various courses. Previous positions include Head Golf Professional and Senior Assistant Golf Professional at Champions Retreat Golf Club from 2014 to 2015, as well as key roles at Pebble Beach Company between 2006 and 2014, culminating as Assistant Manager/Golf Professional. Additional experience includes positions at the Northern California Golf Association, GolfTEC, and SunBelt Golf in various capacities. Matthew Barksdale holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional Golf Management from North Carolina State University, earned between 2004 and 2009.
