Katherine Carpenter

Katherine Carpenter is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in court operations and public service. Currently serving as the Director of Court and Operational Services at the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, Katherine has previously held key positions such as Legal Advisor for the Wisconsin Court System and Field Services Director for the Wisconsin State Public Defender. Katherine's leadership is evidenced through involvement in the Wisconsin Women's Network, where grants were secured for mentorship programs aimed at supporting young women in their professional journeys. Additionally, Katherine has a strong background in legal education, having supervised clinical law students and conducted policy research in various areas affecting women and justice. Katherine holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
