Raluca Dragomir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in deal management and support across various regions, including EMEA, JAPAC, and the US. Currently serving as Senior Deal Desk Manager at Ping Identity since March 2023, Raluca oversees deal flow processes for sales teams and internal stakeholders. Previously, Raluca held positions at Beamery as Manager of Deal Desk, OpenText as Sr. Cloud Desk Specialist, and Oracle, where roles included Deal Manager and Program Manager, contributing significantly to deal negotiations, internal coordination, and process improvements. Raluca has a strong foundation in technical support and business analysis, complemented by a Master’s degree in Digital Communication and Media from the University of Bucharest.
