Danyang Shen

Danyang Shen is an experienced journalist specializing in technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) reporting. Currently serving as a TMT reporter for PingWest since March 2021 and as a content industry reporter for 刺猬公社 since October 2019, Danyang has previously worked at 字节跳动 as an international product content operations specialist, focusing on content strategies and operational planning for the North American market. Danyang has also contributed as a new media editor for Xinhua Network Television and gained experience through internships with Intercardiff and DC Law Students in Court. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Journalism from Cardiff University, as well as studies at American University and Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, with additional summer coursework at Columbia University.
