Caroline (Cari) Lunenfeld, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Caroline (Cari) currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at PingWind Inc. (SDVOSB) since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Exeter Government Services, LLC from October 2011 to April 2023.

Before joining Exeter Government Services, LLC, Caroline worked as an HR Specialist at Battelle National Biodefense Institute from April 2009 to October 2011. Caroline (Cari) also held the role of Senior Representative at Lockheed Martin Corporation from June 2008 to April 2009.

Caroline's career in human resources began at Adventist HealthCare, where they worked as an HR Manager from November 1999 to June 2008.

Caroline (Cari) Lunenfeld, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 1987 to 1988, where they studied Psychology. In addition to their education, Cari has obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in December 2002 and another SHRM-CP certification in December 2001.
