Andrea Lavagno

Andrea Lavagno is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in tunnelling and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Tunnelling & TBM Engineer and Project Manager at Pini Group since October 2022, Andrea is involved in significant projects such as the Snowy Mountain 2.0 Pumped Storage Project in New South Wales, Australia, and the Bogdkhan Bypass Project in Bogotá. Prior to this, Andrea held the position of Construction Management Sector Manager and Senior Design Engineer at GEODATA Engineering S.p.A. from 2010 to 2022, contributing to key projects including the Genoa “Gronda” Road Interconnection and the West Vaughan Sewage System in Canada. Earlier career roles included Tunnel Manager at FCC Construcción, where crucial projects like the Metro de Madrid extensions and High-Speed Rail tunnels were successfully managed.
