Sarah Kwak

Sarah Kwak began their work experience in 2016 as an Office Staff at Dr. Bon H. Cho, LAc, PhD. During this role, they managed and organized clinical files, scheduled patient appointments, contacted insurance companies regarding medical claims, and measured patients' blood pressures. In 2018, they joined the UCLA Asian Languages and Cultures Department as a Work Study Student. Their responsibilities in this role are not specified. In 2019, they joined Pinkfong USA as a Business Operations Assistant, supporting the company's business operations. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of Business Development & Partnerships Assistant, where they assisted with partnerships and business development efforts. In 2022, Sarah became the Licensing & Partnerships Manager at Pinkfong USA, responsible for managing licensing and partnerships, a position they currently hold.
