Lybron Sobers

Lybron Sobers has a wealth of work experience, starting with their role as an Aviation Lab Tutor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2009. In 2012, they began working as an iOS Consultant and iOS Application Developer at iFunography, where they worked on projects such as the 7-Minute Workout fitness app, the An Authentic Ear illustrated story app, the Barbados Free Wi-Fi navigation app, and the ATPL Dictionary aviation reference app. In 2013, they founded Foo Cafe Barbados. In 2014, they became a Product Manager at MediRevu, where they planned and managed product pipelines, ensured products fit customers' needs, and generated new business opportunities. In 2017, they began working as a Software Developer on freelance projects in the social, payments, and productivity categories, as well as a Mentor/Reviewer at Udacity. In 2018, they took on the role of Technical Lead at Caribbean Transit Solutions. Finally, in 2019, they became a Developer at PinMeTo.

Lybron Sobers has a diverse educational background. Lybron started their education in 2005 at the Barbados Community College, where they obtained an A.S. in Mathematics & Physics. In 2007, they moved on to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, graduating in 2010 with a B.S. in Aeronautical Science. From 2011 to 2012, they attended Orlando Flight Training and obtained a JAA ATPL Theory in Aviation. In 2017, Lybron Sobers took two Udacity Nanodegrees, one in iOS Developer and the other in Self-Driving Car Engineer, which they completed in 2018.
