Katie Schmidt

Katie Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katie began their career as a Sales Associate at Firestone Complete Auto Care in 2017, where they handled customer communication, maintenance recommendations, and administrative tasks. Katie then worked as a Project Coordinator at Madden Communications from 2017 to 2019, collaborating with designers and managing client requests. In 2019, Katie joined Pinnacle Advertising as an Account Coordinator, eventually progressing to Senior Account Coordinator and Associate Account Executive. In their current role as an Account Executive, they oversee media budgets, verifies trafficked ads, and serves as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams. Additionally, Katie worked as a Swim Instructor at Foss Swim School, where they provided lessons, performed office duties, and handled retail responsibilities. Katie also gained experience as a Personal Assistant at Gerber Collision & Glass, a Commercial Sales Manager at AutoZone, and as a Graphic Designer. Prior to their career, they worked as a Guest Service representative at Target, handling customer service tasks and assisting with various store functions.
