Senior Media Strategist and Planner at Pinnacle Advertising

Leigh Diamond has extensive experience in the advertising and media industry. They started their career at The Weather Channel, where they worked as a Manager of Affiliate Sales from 2007 to 2009. In this role, they were responsible for distributing The Weather Channel HD and VOD to major cable operators and successfully negotiated license agreements for the channel. They also discovered signal theft among Caribbean cable operators and handled the negotiation of affiliation agreements.

After that, Leigh joined ZEE Entertainment - Americas as the Director of Distribution in 2010. In this position, they designed the distribution strategy and marketing plan for Veria TV throughout the United States.

Leigh then worked as a Consultant at Marshall Marketing from 2011 to 2012. Their role involved facilitating the design and analysis of market research studies for television news stations. They also trained television account executives on how to utilize qualitative data for better ad campaign targeting and improved results.

In 2013, Leigh joined Hearst Television as an Account Executive, where they sold television and digital advertising to various clients in different industries. They focused on designing creative media campaigns to increase revenue and achieve marketing objectives for clients.

From 2017 to 2021, Leigh worked at Effectv as a Manager of Client Development Strategy. In this role, they identified key advertiser accounts and managed the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies. They also spearheaded a co-op advertising initiative by developing curriculum and facilitating training workshops.

Currently, Leigh is working at Pinnacle Advertising as a Senior Media Strategist and Planner. They are responsible for developing media strategies and overseeing advertising budgets for dealer advertising associations of major automotive brands. They plan for various forms of advertising, both traditional and non-linear, and are known for making data-driven decisions that yield targeted and effective ad campaigns.

Leigh Diamond completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Management from Northern Arizona University in 1996.
