Navneet Nair

Navneet Nair is the Director of Product Design at PhonePe. Navneet has over fifteen years of experience in the field of product design and has worked with some of the world's leading companies, including Google, Yahoo, and Wyse Technology.

Navneet Nair started their career as an Interaction Designer at Google in 2006. Navneet then became the Head of User Experience at Wyse Technology in 2005. In this role, they were responsible for leading the team that designed the user interface for the company's products.

In 2010, Navneet Nair joined Yahoo as a Manager/Principal. In this role, they led the user experience team for Yahoo Small Business, working on a number of next generation platforms including Ecommerce, Local Listings and Hosting.

In 2015, Navneet Nair joined Design Ventures as a Design Director. In this role, they helped startups and growth stage companies realize their complete potential.

In 2019, Navneet Nair founded their own company, Navneet Nair Designs. In this role, they are responsible for product design, strategy, and leadership.

Navneet Nair has a Master's degree in Multimedia and Interactive Design from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, and a Certification in Creative Writing from Stanford Continuing Studies.

Navneet Nair reports to Vishal Gupta, CPO. and Product Designer 1 - Product Designer reports to Navneet Nair. They are on a team with Nitin Pulyani - Director Product (Merchant), Shashank Agarwal - Director Product (Data Platforms), and Sudhanva Rao - Director Product (Customer Acquisition).
