Currently serving as a Certified Pinnacle Leadership Team Guide at Pinnacle Business Guides since August 2021, Russ focuses on the implementation of business operating systems to enhance clarity and alignment within organizations. As a Trusted Advisor with VISTAGE, Russ collaborates with fellow service providers to educate members on building self-managing businesses. Previously, Russ co-owned the Prosthetic Orthotic Institute, improving patients' mobility, and held the role of Chief Inspiration Officer at CapEx Sales, LLC, where strong customer relationships were fostered to ensure client success. As the founder of Capital Equipment Sales Monthly, Russ has dedicated efforts to coaching sales professionals in the capital equipment sector. Russ began a career in engineering at Cummins, Inc. after earning a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology and Industrial Distribution from Purdue University.
