Michael Williams has been with Pinnacle’s family of companies for almost 25 years. He oversees all IT and print shop operations and has extensive experience in strategic and tactical planning and development and evaluation of technology systems for a health care network. During his tenure, Michael has designed and implemented portals, successfully managed the electronic interchange of checks and ACH payments, as well as managed the free-flow of electronic data between Pinnacle and the carriers overcoming individual carrier obstacles. Michael earned a B.S. in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton.
