Tracey O'Connor

Tracey O'Connor is an experienced food and beverage manager with a diverse background in the hospitality and restaurant industry. Since July 2013, Tracey has held the position of Food and Beverage Manager at Pinnacle Entertainment, previously serving as Beverage Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Restaurant Manager at Ameristar Casino from September 2010 to July 2013 and Restaurant Manager at Hayward's Restaurant between 2002 and 2003. Tracey also worked as a Realtor at Prudential Locations from September 2008 to August 2010 and in various capacities at Ameristar Casino from November 2003 to May 2008, where responsibilities included Buyer and Restaurant Manager roles. Additionally, an earlier position as Operations Manager was held at New Theatre Restaurant from 1998 to 2001.
