Kelly Morrow

Kelly Morrow serves as Pinnacle’s human resources director. She is based at the firm’s Symphony Place location in downtown Nashville.

Morrow joined Pinnacle in 2014 from Saint Thomas Health, where she was a compensation consultant. Prior roles included serving as a compensation consultant for Vanderbilt University and as a compensation analyst for Dollar General Corporation.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Tennessee and a master’s degree in business administration from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. Morrow holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) designation.
